This book box is crafted to resemble a classic old-world hardcover book, featuring highly detailed art nouveau covers and etched 'pages' on three sides. Meticulously handcrafted, this wooden case features laser-engraved visuals on the exterior and an interior lined with jeweler's velvet. This box is very resilient and durable, with double layers that lend greatly to its structural integrity as well as overall appearance. The top is hinged with a concealed wooden hinge system, and magnets keep the lid securely closed. Choose a design for the covers from the selection chart included in the Photos, and request a book title of your own! Available in two sizes, A5 and A6 (see 'MEASUREMENTS', below). This beautifully crafted box makes a wonderful, thoughtful gift for bookworms and literary enthusiasts, and complements any book collection!

• MATERIALS USED: birch ply, water-based stains, velvet, N52 magnets
• CUSTOMIZATIONS AVAILABLE: Selectable stain color for the book box binding edge and front/back covers. In all creations, the 3 page edges of the box will be stained and weathered to resemble the pages of an old book. Samples of stain color can be found on the chart supplied in the Photos. Metallic accents for the corners and latch are typically up to the creator, in complement to the stain color selected - but requests for a specific metallic hue are welcomed - please message me!
Additionally, the cover may be personalized with a requested inscription or book title; see 'Personalization'. If no title info is given, it will be left blank as it appears in the Photos. Velvet color is selected by the creator and will be complementary to the stain color selected for the box.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Wholesale availability
Due to the nature of the majority of my work, and the typical amount of business that comes through my shop, wholesale items are not available.

Holiday ordering
During the Christmas holiday season, I can quickly become VERY busy; typically putting in 12 hour days in order to make holiday shipping deadlines.
Please plan ahead - I begin taking Christmas orders in late August, but due to workload, I will close the shop to further made-to-order requests the first week of December. Ready to ship items remain listed and ship as stated in their listing.
Shipping times
In the case of any custom or Made To Order item, I try very hard to meet the listed production/ship time for the listed item. However, I am a one-man shop, and the handcrafted nature of the work, particularly during busy periods, can cause delays. If you require your item by a specific date, please inquire first.
